During my recent stay at Residenz, I was astounded by the level of service and attention to detail, which exceeded even my high expectations for a city-center accommodation. The spacious, soundproofed room was a sanctuary of comfort, allowing me to unwind fully after a day of exploration; The excellent heating and tea and coffee facilities enhanced my experience, making the stay feel like a home away from home. I must commend the staff, especially Alexander Muller and Mikaela at the reception, who were not only knowledgeable but also went out of their way to return my forgotten headphones, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The location was stellar, just a short walk from local attractions like the stunning Dom and cozy eateries, further enriching my visit.
